Il Santo Bevitore is an amazing restaurant. When you go, ask about the antipasti tasting menu. It was seven dishes of fish and shellfish. The chef is from Milan. The fish is the star of every dish, but the sauces vie for best supporting actor. We followed the starter with a ricotta and shrimp stuffed ravioli served in a clam sauce. Fatto a manno in casa. Hand made in house. I cannot describe this dish in words, so I am trying to upload a picture. The flavors will blow you away. If there is a chance that you can find room for something sweet, try the pistachio semifreddo with warm chocolate sauce. I only have another 4 days here before flying home. I am going back Monday for lunch. It is that good. We asked. They are open Wednesday through Monday, lunch and dinner. Closed Tuesdays.
