The entire staff is incredibly friendly, especially Evelyn. Breakfast (included), was amazing. Close to train, so luggage handling was minimal. Service: 5

Great hotel. Some rooms are newly renovated with great AC, some are without so make sure you check. Beautiful town (obviously) and one of the largest of 5 Terre. Strong recommendation Service: 5

Rooms small but clean, One small sink in the corner of the room. No bathroom in eoom shared bathroom in hall with 2 other rooms, no air-conditioning or elevator. Bonuses was clean room and breakfast included and close to town. THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND WONDERFULLY HELPFUL Service: 5
