The owner trained at Imoya, a famous restaurant in Suidobashi, and opened the store nearly 30 years ago. The miso soup had more volume than the original sweet potato, and although the miso soup was not made with fresh clams, it was satisfying enough to eat. The menu was also varied. It tasted like the original restaurant I went to when I was a student, and it was nostalgic. The atmosphere of the owner was also reminiscent of the original restaurant. At the main store, we had a constant stream of customers, so I was nervous because I couldn't talk to the staff or talk privately, but at this store, I was able to talk with the owner about my memories of those days. Thank you for the meal. I'll bother you again.
