It's so difficult to find an organic, gluten-free restaurant in the GTA. I have traveled to this specific location multiple times for their delicious offerings. Each time, I ended my meal with the chocolate cookie sprinkled with Maldon. I feel they do not skimp on quality here and the portions are filling. All of the food that I have tried here has been delectable. I recommend the Tuna Poke Bowl, as it is difficult to find a poke place free of cheap mayonnaise/seed oils. The Island Bowl was fantastic, too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

This Impact Kitchen location has honestly become my second home! I come here so often because I know that what I’m eating is healthy, and the staff feel like friends now. They consistently go out of their way to make every visit enjoyable, and those efforts never go unnoticed. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with clean, high-quality ingredients, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back! The service is truly exceptional and I always feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. What makes this location stand out is the people. I’ve built genuine connections with the staff, and they always take the time to chat and make customers feel seen. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience they provide. On the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, they address it immediately and with such kindness and professionalism. Their commitment to excellent customer service is evident in everything they do. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of care and consistency at any other location. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you to the amazing team for making every visit such a positive one! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
