Is place open? Went by a few days ago they were closed. Just called and it hung up. Google says it’s open I don’t think that’s accurate. Food: 4

I live in San Ramon and tonight, Valentines night our family were thinking on where to have dinner. We were debating if we were going to Japanese or Chinese restaurant. My girls decided to have Chinese and since Imperial Delight is very close to where we live , we decided to have our dinner at the said place. I have tried their food before and it is fine. In the middle of our dinner, the waiter who was an elderly Chinese man gave us the bill with the look in his place that he is implying that payment is needed, I took my card and put it in the tray. He returned the tray with the receipt and I signed giving him not a very generous tip. To our surprise he went back to our table and ask us if his service is not good because we gave him a small tip. He asked us why our tip was so small, I was so embarrased because I have only 5 dollar cash in my pocket. I asked him to give me the receipt back so I could change it. Wouldn't you consider that to be very rude. Tip is a voluntary act from the customer and it is not mandatory to give a specific amount. His act was very inappropiate because after I gave a big tip they all spoke in their language and started to look at us with that kind of smile that you know that they are talking about. you.I will not recommend that place to anyone. There are a lot Chinese restaurant around with good food and good service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100
