We visited here last Mother’s Day with our family and super naenjoy namin yun experience. We arrived around 10am, and although hindi pa complete yun food that time, the staff kindly assured us na hindi pa agad magstart yun time namin until everything was served, which we really appreciated. The food was so good as in walang tapon. Lahat masarap and feels really authentic and fresh. Even the shrimp was still alive when served, kaya you can really tell fresh yun seafood. Very friendly and approachable din lahat ng staff. Also, special thanks to the owner for being so kind and thoughtful. We brought our 1 month old baby with us and wala pa kaming stroller that time. She even helped take care of our baby for quite a long time so we could eat comfortably first. Super naappreciate namin yun care and kindness nya. Thank you for making our Mother’s Day celebration extra memorable. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Impression Hot Pot (Malinta) for a late lunch around 3:00 PM. We opted for their top-tier package, which includes the Hotpot, Grill, and Buffet access. Ambiance & Facilities The venue is incredibly spacious with a second floor, making it ideal for large gatherings. The restaurant was clean, though the decor feels a bit dated ("old vibe"). Note to future diners: The restroom facilities are basic and operate on a manual flush ("tabo") system. Food Quality The experience was a mix of highs and lows: Hotpot & Grill: The highlights were definitely the hotpot soup bases and the dumplings. The meat slices for the grill were quite thin but tasted good and served their purpose. Buffet: This was the weak point. Likely due to our off-peak arrival time, the buffet spread seemed stale. Several dishes looked like they had been sitting out for a long time and were served cold. Sanitation Concerns As someone strict about food safety, I was concerned about the sauce station. It is situated right at the entrance of the buffet and is left open and exposed. It lacked freshness, and I regretted trying it toward the end of the meal. Service The staff deserves a special mention. They were consistently friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our meal. Conclusion While the service is excellent and the hotpot broth is flavorful, the lack of freshness in the buffet spread and the open nature of the sauce station make it hard for me to fully recommend this place, especially if you are particular about sanitation.
