Really enjoyed the lil set I ordered today, delicious! Just showed up after 12.30 during the week, solo dined no issue at all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Bahn Mi bread alone is enough reason to eat here. Beef pho is solid. The broth tastes correct. Compared to a lot of Vietnamese places in Japan, In Chan Quan is up there with the best. I look forward to having the sandwich again and trying some of the other menu items. I actually really enjoyed the fact that there is no music playing. Just kitchen sounds and guests talking.
