One of my fav in-n-outs. Always great service, fast no matter how packed it is.perfect amount of indoor and outdoor dining, I came with my dog and told them I’d be sitting outside. They didn’t even call my number they just immediately brought my food directly to me as soon as it was ready. Workers always have a smile on their faces. I usually have a great experience at the Hemlock location in Moreno Valley, which is why I’m leaving this review. Tonight (around 11:30 PM), the restaurant was busy which I understand—but the service and food quality were noticeably off from the usual In-N-Out standard. I've lived in Moreno Valley since 1991 and I have never worries about In-N-Out declining in anything until recently. The employee who handed me my order didn’t acknowledge me when I greeted him and didn’t respond when I asked for items. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. On top of that, my fries were cold and spilled throughout the bag, while the burger was fresh. This isn’t just a one-time issue—my last several visits have had order mistakes, which is unusual for this location. I’m sharing this because I know how consistently great In-N-Out usually is. I hope this location can get back to the level of customer service and quality that keeps people coming back. I have always known it to be a place everyone felt welcome. I just don't feel that way anymore but I'm not ready to give up on it. I hope this review falls in the hands of someone that care enough to take what i'm saying serious. I could have said more but my goal is not to cause conflict but rather to make sure service and food quality stays on par. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Love In-N-Out Burgers. The drive thru was wrapped around the block, but none of us minded waiting. I Had my food packed to travel in a suitcase, because I have family back home that wanted some. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10
