Arrived at 19:50. We seated ourselves. The waiter brought the menu at 20:00. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time the waiter brought menu. At 20:15 we asked another waiter to check up on our drinks. At 20:43 we had to go to the manager to ask about our order to cancel it and rather just give the drinks as it's ridiculous. The manager then her self brings the drinks and says she'll cancel the order. My wife says it's okay everybody makes mistakes, so bring the food. Man, something to 22:00 or past, the Food eventually Arrives, it's legitimately things we didn't order. We ended up eating real late. Everybody has a bad day for sure but these people didn't even have a decency to write our orders down. Or let us know about what's going on. Perfect environment but real bad service. The manager has an attitude when one complains about the -0 star service this place gives. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 500+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I hosted my Birthday Party at Infusion on long.... what an amazing evening! Food was out of this world, the DJ was absolutely great and the service was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
