This was really bad sushi. The rolls were cut roughly and looked like an amateur cut them, the edges were jagged. The fish was roughly cut, not at all palatable. Rolls didn’t taste fresh at all. What a disappointment. I don’t understand how they’re rated so high. I could not finish my food. I do not recommend. Only redeemable quality is that service was alright and server was friendly. I recently dined at InJapan Japanese Restaurant and had a decent experience. I ordered the Sushi Maki, which included 4 pieces of sushi and 6 pieces of California roll for $15.95. While the sashimi wasn’t as fresh as I expected, it still got the job done. The meal came with tea and miso soup, which were perfect for the winter season. The service was quick and polite, and I was the only customer there at the time. Overall, it was a nice lunch meal.
