The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this restaurant after long walks. Japanese cuisine is a must-order one at I-NABA. It's time to try good shrimp tempura, salmon and chirashi don. Ordering tasty ice cream is a nice experience here. This place will offer you delicious tea.

This spot is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found average here. You will appreciate the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere of this restaurant. The overall score is 4.5 on Trip.

Make sure you make reservation here! Tried to book for Saturday and it was fully booked. Everything on the menu looks very good. I wish we knew this is a BYOB place! They only charge $1.50 per glass and they give you edamame as starter. We ordered the uni and roe cold soba, eel rice with hot soba and shrimp tempura on the side. The uni soba was bomb!!! Taste very fresh and clean. Shrimp tempura was hot and not too doughy. The eel rice didn't have enough sauce, had to ask for more and we figured that we ain't really a fan of hot soba. Overall a very good meal and we can't wait to visit their other shops back in California!
I-NABA was one of our best meals in Hawaii and it was almost a fluke. For some reason, I thought it was sushi and was mildly surprised to find out they specialize in soba. Soba isn't very common in the Bay Area yet (like ramen or more recently udon), so I was happy to find that I-NABA serves pretty authentic soba. The noodles were perfectly al dente without being starchy or grainy in texture. Highly recommend!
Craving good Japanese Soba, my Japanese wife and I went to have lunch there today. Verdict: Decent dishes, decent noodles but nothing special. Japanese customers mostly. Some have their feet up on the seat, festering with their skin. This is definitely more Isakaya than restaurant. And it is VERY dirty! Waitstaff running around, sweat dripping off of their forehead. Long wait for food. Will I be back? Maybe...
