Popular Tonkatsu Restaurant "Buta Inagaki" in Nagoya: A Saturday Lunch Experience On a Saturday lunchtime, I visited "Buta Inagaki," a popular tonkatsu restaurant in Sekigahara. Since the restaurant opens at 11:30 AM, I arrived an hour early. If you're planning to wait, you might as well aim to be the first one in line! The restaurant has a waiting room next to it, which opens at 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:30 AM and was the first one in line. However, by 11:00 AM, there were already three groups waiting. If you want to be seated during the first round, it's recommended to arrive around 11:00 AM. Registration Procedure Enter the waiting room that opens at 11:00 AM. Fill out the registration form with your name and number of people. While you wait, a staff member will come around explaining the ordering method and give you a "QR code and numbered ticket". Order from your smartphone using the QR code. When your turn comes, you will be guided to your seat. About the Tonkatsu The tonkatsu seemed to be cooked at a low temperature and then breaded and fried. I personally find that low-temperature-cooked meat tends to lack flavor and depth, but I guess it's generally preferred by others. Overall Impression As expected of a popular restaurant with long lines, the taste was impeccable! I would definitely come back again if I had the chance. 行列のできる人気店「ぶた いながき」でランチ！ 土曜日のお昼に、関ヶ原にある大人気のとんかつ店「ぶた いながき」に行ってきました。 11:30開店ということもあり、1時間前に到着。開店まで待つなら、のんびり一番乗りを目指してみるのもおすすめです。 お店の横には待合室があり、11:00からオープンします。10:30に到着した私は1番乗りでしたが、11:00のオープン時には3組ほど待っていました。一巡目で入店したい場合は、11時頃に到着するのがおすすめです。 受付手順 11:00からオープンする待合室に入る 待合室にある受付表に氏名と人数を記入する 待っていると、店員さんが「QRコード兼番号札」を渡しながら注文方法の説明をしてくれます. QRコードからスマホで注文する 順番が来たら店内に案内されます とんかつについて とんかつは低温調理で仕上げ、最後に衣をつけて揚げているようでした。低温調理のお肉は味が単調で奥行きがないと感じることが多い私ですが、一般的には好まれているのかもしれません。 全体的な感想 大行列のできる人気店だけあって、味は間違いなし！また機会があれば訪れたいと思います。.
