The room was okay, but my experience was ruined by poor hygiene. I left my food on the kitchen table for a short time, and when I returned from the bathroom, a cockroach was flying around my food. This is very unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel. Proper pest control and regular inspections are clearly needed. Service: 4

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Inala Hotel. The customer service (particularly from Tracey and Michelle) was exceptional and they were very accommodating. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable and very welcoming. Wish I needed to stay longer. Will definitely be back. Service: 5
