According to all the guide books on Okinawa Island, Inamine Restaurant is famous for shaved ice called "shirokuma". I think that shaved ice and ice cream (e.g., sugar cane ice cream) are very good. I recommend this restaurant as a standard Okinawan restaurant not only to travelers but also to local residents. In particular Okinawan noodle soup (okinawa soba), fried bitter melon with tofu and luncheon meat (goya chanpuru), and omelet with a filling of ketchup‐seasoned fried rice (omuraisu) are very good. This restaurant has relatively large parking area in the neighborhood. See the map at the entrance. Unfortunately, however, menu is written only in Japanese and Chinese. At this time, English menu and pictures are not available.冷やしものの店としてよく知られていると思いますが、白熊やアイスクリームなどのメニューが充実しています。個人的にはサトウキビのアイスクリームが好きです。とはいえ、沖縄料理の食堂でもあり、食事のメニューも充実していますが、沖縄そばだけでなく、ゴーヤーちゃんぷる、オムライス、焼きそば、などは特に美味しいと思います。店の入口に説明があるように近所に比較的広い駐車場があります。
