I had the most memorable culinary experience on my trip in Japan at that amazing restaurant. You can taste the love, care and years of culinary experience that went into every dish he served. The small, intimate, dining experience makes that much better. I really enjoyed the casual conversation we had as well. Learning about his life and previous work, all the famous and amazing people he's met as well as his love for baseball and sumo wrestling. Arigato gozaimasu chef for the wonderful, heartfelt and valuable experience. Gochisou samadeshita. Until we meet again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
