Hele vriendelijke bediening, je voelt je welkom. Eten kan beter. Ik denk dat het meeste van te voren klaargemaakt is en daarna opgewarmd maar dit is een aanname. Proeverij gedaan. Hamburger vindt ik niet specifiek Italiaans. Antipasta, pasta en nagerecht waren prima. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking

Our first time at Incontro was a very pleasant experience. We decided to go for the tasting menu. What we didn't realize was that it doesn't really have a fixed number of courses and that the dishes keep coming until you say stop. Started with 4 exquisite pasta dishes that were among the best we have had in Hoorn. The last dish was a pizza with prociutto and goat cheese. Absolutely wonderful. Also the crust was very tasty. We could have tried more pizzas but at this point we were at the limit and had to opt for the last course, tiramisu. We finished of the dinner with a limoncello on the house. The service throughout was excellent. The chef also stopped by to ask how we enjoyed our first dining experience at Incontro, which was a nice touch. The restaurant is small and filled up throughout the evening. We spent over 2 hours eating, talking and enjoying. Definitely a five star experience and we will definitely be back. Our waitress shared with us that Incontro hosta a wine tasting, guided through a Sommelier on the last Friday of the month and pairs each wine with one of its dishes. Count us in!!!
