This place is famous for good rum, bourbon or liqueur. The high ratings of this bar wouldn't be possible without the gracious staff. Prices are found fair here. The exotic atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working day. As for the Google rating, Independent Distilling Company received 4.7.

Drinks were great... nice and strong. Alot of variety on the drink menu. Prices were normal.. mixed drink avg price $10 and the flights were $14. The staff was nice and inviting. The tour was fun and informative.

We went for the blues dancing night and the vibes were amazing! Cocktails were delicious and unique - it was rainy so we didn’t get to experience the patio but it looks awesome. Can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I met for a tasting at Independent Distilling Company one evening. This place is a little hidden gem. The serving space is small and intimate. I really enjoyed speaking with Michael and learning about the work that goes into making their spirits. Holly was an awesome mixologist. She would ask out of the box questions to help you arrive at the perfect cocktail. I would definitely return for the great company and ambiance!
