I have visited Indian Bazaar many times in the past and have always found the staff helpful and the products I needed readily available. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience at the checkout counter. I purchased goat meat, liver, and several other items. The cashier was talking on the phone while scanning my items and appeared distracted throughout the transaction. She handled the products carelessly, throwing the items into the plastic bags without properly arranging them. Her behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe staff should be trained on proper customer service and on how to carefully pack food items, especially meat and other groceries. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by this experience. After this incident, I am reconsidering whether I will continue shopping at your store. For your reference, I have attached a copy of the receipt. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve customer service in the future.

The best part is the care they take to store products. For example paratha - the store it perfectly, what does that means- in some stores you buy and what comes out is broken brittle pieces. Here they take care so they cook perfectly as one piece, no breaking just perfect. So, if you wish to get good quality induan food this is the place to go.

Iam Disappointed with Service I recently visited India Bazaar and ordered a samosa and mango lassi. While the food was decent, my experience was ruined by the behavior of the staff, especially the lady on the catering order side. She was very unprofessional, yelling at me for no reason and being extremely impolite. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains their staff better in customer service. Definitely reconsidering returning to this store.
