They literally take the Tandoori chicken, that's left over from Monday, put it in the Tikka Masala Tuesday and add vinegar to kill the bacteria until Friday. They think because you're in Rockford and and not Indian that you're an idiot about Indian food, which is true for the most part. They literally served me soup with vinegar with 3 tiny cheese dumplings and called it Mala Kofta. When I called them up asking them what they gave me, the person acted surprised that I knew what the dish was actually supposed to be. If you go for dinner you're literally getting the lunch buffet with a couple of ingredients added to make it a little more like the the specific dish you ordered. They've admitted this to me.

Food is amazing, great service and very nice people. I under stand they are very understaffed due to nobody in Rockford wanting to work so I am very grateful they are working very hard to keep us customers satisfied. Some folks don’t understand though but it’s okay they are just selfish. Would recommend 10/10 to try house of Indian!
