I drove 2.5 hours to come here for a weekend and thought I’d visit the only Indian in the village: the food was ok, but the service was actually shocking! He asked what I wanted then looked away, so I was like ermmm are u still taking my order and he said yeah I’m listening? But was looking complete different direction, came and took the popadoms and sauce when hadn’t finished then said oh u want them? Well yeah I’ve paid for them I’d like to eat them. He was chewing a chewing gum and had blood on his teeth; just really put me off; coz of this I wouldn’t recommend. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A lunchtime birthday treat with my dear friend Janet. We both prefer lunchtime dining. We wanted something different. We could not have been more delighted with the thoroughly delicious food we enjoyed today at India Village. Can particularly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and Peshwari Naan. I went there last Saturday (13/4) with my 2 sons and a few friends as part of my 70th birthday celebrations . From minute 1 , the atmosphere was excellent as the restaurant was full . The staff were attentive and quick to serve . The food was spot on and all our group were impressed . All round an excellent experience . If you are ever in Woodhall Spa and fancy a curry then this is the place . EXCELLENT Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
