Perfectly cooked garlic naans, lamb curry and cheese naans have a good taste. Do not leave without tasting good ice cream. Here you may have good lager. Get your meal started with great masala chai, lassi or coffee.

This is by far the best Indian restaurant I found in Riga. It’s a little hidden but Google maps helped loads. Eventually finding it on day 2 of our 4 nights stay. We ate here 3 out of the 4 nights we were in Riga. Food was like my mum cooked it, compliments to the chef(s). A little oasis as this is what I would call it, especially if you are searching for authentic Indian food in the middle of nowhere where and are home sick. The place is little cute and the food was amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. Totally worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Indian Raja with my family, hoping to enjoy a pleasant dining experience and spend some quality time together. While the restaurant has a nice location (in the heart of Riga), there are a few areas where I believe improvements could enhance the overall experience. Firstly, the seating arrangement made it a bit difficult to get the attention of the staff during the meal. We occasionally had to leave our table to request assistance, which interrupted the dine-in experience. Secondly, as someone who was looking forward to authentic Indian flavors, I personally found the dishes to be milder than expected. This may suit some preferences, but those seeking a more traditional taste might feel differently. Additionally, while the staff were courteous, it would be helpful if they could provide more recommendations such as popular dishes or chef’s specials to guide guests better. I am sharing this feedback with genuine respect and good intentions, hoping it can be helpful for further improvement.
