Indian Dosa is located in the food court of a mall in the basement. So it's not a classic restaurant in the traditional sense. We had 2 dosas (palak paneer dosa and mysoor massala dosa) which were nice and well seasoned. The ambience is of course that of a food court and it is of course a bit loud at peak times. But the quality of the food was very good and the price-performance ratio was ok for a food court. It's not that easy to find if you don't know that it's in a shopping center (Saldanha) in the basement. Vegetarian options: As far as I have seen, the dosas are all vegetarian. They are nicely cross and well seasoned. I didn't get any better in a large dosa restaurant in Berlin on Potsdamer Platz, which always has much higher prices. Wonderful experience with great and tasty food! The staff is very friendly! One of the best place in Lisbon to eat South Indian food!
