I have not used the hotel before. But my experience with them Is what I consider as high level of seriousness in business. How can someone get to your hotel in the middle of the night and the gateman tells you the reception is locked and the have no access to the receptionist for booking and checking in. We all know how the flight situation in Nigeria is. After being delayed for almost 10hours at the air port. Trying to rest ina hotel you have such experience getting there almost 5am for a journey I started the previous day 6pm. It's really a bad experience. I even went online to check for a contact. There was no active number to call to reach the receptionist.

So far all is good. Room clean, bathroom clean, and also crew very humble . I think only car parking need to improvment because no have more space . Service: 5
