This restaurant offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Shimizuinari Shrine. Indigo guarantees you perfectly cooked vegetable pasta, vegetable salads and seafood. The wine list is diverse, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. The patient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The spectacular service is a big plus of this place. Gakugei University is a 7-8 minute walk from the east exit shopping street in the direction of Meguro-dori. Bistro ``INDIGO''. I've been checking it out for a while, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, I haven't been able to go, so I finally did it tonight. The interior of the store has a woody interior and is surrounded by trees, making it feel as if you have been thrown out into nature. As usual, I reserved a counter seat. I was overwhelmed by the variety of brands, mainly California wine. At first glance, there seem to be well over 300 types. Amazing wine list. First, we selected the dishes while toasting with bubbles. As for the dishes, there is an endless repertoire of dishes such as home-picked vegetables, chicken, pork, and beef main dishes, seared dried bonito, and fried cutlassfish. I'm lost. I was seated right in front of the host showing off his skills, so I could enjoy the live performance. After all, it's limited to counters. As for the wine, when I told them what I wanted, the restaurant recommended Cabernet Sauvignon from Hoopla in California. It was very filling and delicious! There are still many dishes I'm interested in, so I'll be coming back soon. Thank you for the meal (^人^)
