Today was the last of many visits to this establishment. I often get breakfast here, which have always been lovely, very tasty, however, when getting lunch I am always let down. I really enjoy a bacon, brie and cranberry panini, but I cannot deal with the texture of the fat on the bacon, and so every time I've ordered this (4 times) I have asked for the fat to be removed. A simple request. They have never once managed to accommodate this request. As a former chef I cannot understand why not. It is very messy having to pull the panini apart and remove the fat myself. I ask this so that I don't get melted cheese and cranberry sauce all over me. It also means that the resulting panini has less in it as it's all over my hands instead. For a panini costing over £10 it is just not worth it. My friend also ordered soup, but received no bread with it. Last visit I'm afraid! In response to your reply: the food was takeaway, so I wouldn't tear the panini apart on the counter, that would be very rude indeed! And I have mentioned this previously. The soup was a solo soup, not a sandwich deal. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I think it is always better comment to the staff while you are in the establishment when something can be done about this, rather than after the event, as for no bread if it is a soup and sandwich deal there is no bread otherwise it come with bread, sorry you were disappointed

We visited today with our fox red Labrador, Ollie, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every member of staff was incredibly welcoming, not only to us but to Ollie as well. He was treated like a guest, with fresh water, a lovely bowl of treats and a puppuccino that absolutely made his day! The service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The French toast was delicious, the Vanilla iced coffee was fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. It’s rare to find somewhere that is truly dog friendly rather than simply allowing dogs, and Indigo Eats is exactly that. Thank you for making all four of us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20

Good food, good service, pleasant staff. The toilets however are a mess and in dire need of refurbishment.
