The food was delicious, and I would definitely consider Indochen for takeout. We had Chicken Briyani and appetizers. However, service was mixed from the very beginning. I tried to create an online reservation from the website, and the automated response said, "We'll get back to you!". That didn't happen. At 7 pm, I called for a 7:30 reservation. Someone answered, and that worked. When we arrived, there was no host. We stood around for five minutes until we flagged down some staff. They handed us cheap black-and-white menus that looked like they were run off an in-house printer. Service was satisfactory; this is the restaurant for you if keeping your water glass filled is essential. However, the waitstaff didn't ask me if I wanted a second beer, but I did get more water. The ambient noise level was loud for me--lots of hard surfaces.
