Stumbled across the amazing little bar on my stroll through Kanazawa on my last night in town. Only regret is I didn’t find it sooner. From the moment I walked in Sho the owner welcomed me with great service and hospitality. Great conversation along with some great beers and Japanese whiskey. Told Sho I was Texas and he busted out the Whataburger sign. Will definitely be back and if you’re ever in the area drop in and have a drink with Sho. Been travelling around Japan for a month now and this is by far the best bar I’ve stepped foot in, the owner Sho is an absolute legend! He’s super friendly and has great music taste! The bar itself is decorated with cool things from around the world as well as Jordan 1’s and awesome retro NBA jerseys! If you’re looking for a great evening I couldn’t recommend Infusion enough! If I ever find myself back in Kanazawa I will definitely be going back! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
