A lot of guests have noticed that the staff is competent here. Prompt service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. As many visitors say, the atmosphere is cool. But Infusion has been rated below average by Google.

Our order was incorrect, and way too expensive for what it was. Burgers didn't even come with fries. Will not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First of all the food is amazing! The Voodoo grilled shrimp tacos have me driving 30 mins just to eat there. However on this occasion when i went to eat at infusion the very not wanting to be at work front counter girls that were working check my card for me and said I couldn't eat there and I had to go next door to the restaurant a different restaurant and eat there which I waited the hour and a half for the restaurant to open even though I knew I would barely get to work in time cuz I didn't want to drive here for nothing and when that restaurant opened and they checked my card they said no it's get to go back to the first place which is infusion and when I came back to the restaurant and made the girl aware of what had happened she didn't say one word to me and just looked at me like I made some kind of mistake so customer service is a little shaky but once again the food is amazing!
