Infusion's specialty menu. Aubergine lobster with American sauce is a classic delicious dish. The grunt meuniere was my first experience with a truffle-flavored sauce, but since it uses the soup stock from the grunt parts, it was a new sensation. And the deer from Amagi Highlands has no odor and is softer than the spring version.
