Amanda was incredibly kind and helpful! I stopped by looking for Father’s Day balloons for my dad after visiting seven different stores and coming up empty-handed. Most places were out of stock and hadn’t planned ahead with extra inventory. Amanda took the time to walk me through all the available balloon options, found fresh ones for me from the back, and even let me exchange one of the larger balloons for a mid-sized one. The level of care and customer service Amanda provided truly made my day. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be visiting this Ingles more often. I usually shop at Publix, Walmart, Kroger and would often drive right past Ingles—but thanks to Amanda, that’s about to change!
