My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days and we loved this hotel. Our room was spotless, so thanks to Donna and housekeeping. Beds very comfortable great shower. Our breakfasts were top notch, really nice ingredients and well cooked. All the staff we met were so friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

This hotel is far from being a 4star hotel. Maybe this is an average 3star. The room was tiny, with a small bed, not comfortable for 2 people. Cushions were not comfortable either. Breakfast was ok, from a la carte menu, we could only order one dish and even for an extra pouched egg we should have payed for it. In the room we couldn’t open the window for some fresh air, and it got very humid very easily after a shower. All together the value for money was poor, with these services 4 star is not guaranteed and definitelly doesn’t worth the money. Service: 3

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience at this place when I stay for one night. There was a power cut in my room this before midnight and I had to change to another room which didn’t have heating. In all fairness, I got given a portable heater but it took a long time before room was warm so I had to sleep with many layers on. There seemed to be no alternative and not much recognition of the issue from management. It’s a shame as otherwise it would have been an ok stay. Service: 2
