Absolutely outstanding! As Greek Australians visiting Crete, dining at Οινοχόος was one of the highlights of our trip. After a fantastic day at Elafonissi Beach, we stopped in for dinner and were blown away from the moment we arrived. George’s hospitality was exceptional—warm, genuine, and the kind of service that makes you feel less like a customer and more like a welcomed guest. The food was simply incredible: authentic, fresh, and packed with flavour. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the very best of Cretan cuisine. And then there’s the view—absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sun begin to set over the stunning landscape while enjoying such amazing food made for a truly magical experience. From the outstanding hospitality to the unforgettable food and spectacular scenery, everything was perfect. If you’re visiting the area, do yourself a favour and make a stop at Οινοχόος. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after the meal is over. We left with full hearts, full stomachs, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come. We had dinner here when coming back from Elafonissis beach. Food that we had was the best on our stay in Crete. A view from the restaurant is amazing. They have best home made raki that is flavored with cardamom etc. spices. I truly recommend the restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
