It's been a long time since I visited, and it's still delicious. All the staff members are courteous and I have a good impression of them. Thank you for the meal! This is my favorite ramen and it ranks 1.2 in Tokyo. Mini thick noodles without meat large serving of vegetables instead Mini rice set Karabeji It's my standard to eat it. If you leave out the meat, the toppings will be replaced with flavored eggs and a large serving of vegetables. I don't really like this chashu, and it can be eaten deliciously without meat, so I recommend this change. If you order Karabeji, you can taste something close to spicy, so the taste will be strange. It goes well with noodles, but it's also irresistible with rice. I think the thick noodles have a deeper flavor than regular Inosho spicy fish with the added flavor and sweetness of the vegetables. Also, I don't feel heavy after eating. (Because it's a vegetable?) I like vegetables to be runny, so you might want to boil them a little more! I have eaten Hakata ramen in the past. They were also very delicious! If you shift the peak time, there won't be as many lines. Enjoy for a late lunch or early dinner.
