Inoue is a no-frills dining spot in Itabashi, specifically located on Akatsukashinmachi. This restaurant offers an unpretentious atmosphere with a focus on Japanese and international dishes. Patrons have mentioned enjoying classic options like grilled fish accompanied by rice, miso soup, and pickles. Though the setting might not be immaculate, it is a place where comfort and simplicity are at the forefront.
The establishment is managed single-handedly by a friendly older lady, creating a personable and relaxed dining experience. Regulars appreciate her warm hospitality, often delighting in side conversations while they wait for their meals. Some patrons noted that while service could be slow, the warmth of a home-cooked meal compensates for any delays. The restaurant operates from Monday to Friday with set hours for lunch and dinner, closing from mid-afternoon to early evening.
One thing to note: dine-in is the only option available, as delivery services are not provided. Although reviews complement certain dishes and the owner's approach, all feedback is at least two years old, indicating a lack of recent insights. Thus, prospective diners may want to consider this when planning a visit to Inoue on Akatsukashinmachi.

Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
