Nelson gave us such an amazing experience today. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and excellent service truly stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Came to try a Francesinha sandwich for dinner tried the steak sandwiches. Overall did not taste good. Maybe if you came for breakfast or brunch and avoid the steak it would be decent food. The bread was good. Service was good as we were the only ones there at 6 pm. Staff was nice. Price wise about 18eur per steak sandwiches. The atmosphere was not tour taste as it had red neon lighting and fake plants. Felt more like a night club with hip hop music playing. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
