I typically prefer local, family owned and operated restaurants. Maybe we just came on an off day but, they fell short on several areas. First off, we got two of the “craft cocktails”. Weirdly, both of them, with vastly different ingredients, looked and tasted strikingly similar yet at the same time quite bland. Second, the menu promises rich, flavorful gastropub fare. It fails to deliver. Everything we got tasted overly salty except for one, the “Salted Caramel Brownie” dessert. Another pet peeve of mine if filtered water. Look tap water is fine but, in major cities, it heavily treated and it tastes like it. If you run a restaurant you HAVE to filter your water. Otherwise, every glass of water, every cup of coffee, every cup of tea and every cocktail that has soda in it is gonna taste like bleach. You shouldn’t own a restaurant if you don’t know that. Here’s hoping they get it together. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Perfect cosy neighborhood place! The gingerbread cocktail was probably the best cocktail I’ve ever had. It was absolutely scrumptious. We ordered half the menu and shared everything, and there was not a single miss. The pastrami egg rolls were my personal favorite, but I need to go back to try the burger. If you’re in point breeze, give it a try! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
