OK so I'm currently studying abroad in Santiago and I have had a hard time finding good healthy food. I legit love Inside, it's in the mall and across from the park AND it's walking distance from where I live which makes it perfect for me. I've tried a good amount of the menu, so here are my thoughts
chicken and brie salad - soooo good! def what kept me coming back
quinoa turca salad - tried this when they ran out of chicken and brie one day and i LOVE it (i like to add balsamic)
chia pudding - another one of my favorites!
yogurt parfait - really good but i wish they didnt put honey at the bottom (too sweet)
grillado and furioso - not my favorite but not bad, eggplant was kinda tough
ham and cheese croissant - pretty standard, but very good!
turkey bagel sandwich (forgot the name) - again, pretty standard, the basil mayo makes it!
chicken wrap - super good! one of my favorites (however one time i got a bad avocado which was kinda gross)
wonder chai - just ok, mostly milk, and i didnt like drinking orange peel
power matcha latte - my favorite! wish they added more matcha and less milk though
double orange - good if youre looking for a good insta pic, but the maracuya they put on top kinda ruins it
ginger mint lemonade - really good! they dont add sugar which i really like
natural vainilla latte - loooove the flavor but waaaay too sweet, order with less syrup!!
almond toffee/earl grey/mango mint teas - love all of these!
barritas - i buy a few at a time to have with me for a quick snack while im at school :)matcha pudding - kinda tastes like cheesecake, i prefer the chia puddingcarrot cake - suuuuper dry def my least favorite thing ive triedanyways love INSIDE (i come here almost every day so im sure the staff can tell i like it lol)

After eating a portobello hamburger, I got food poisoning. The hamburger was very cold and obviously not stored in the best conditions. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.
