Tried Insomnia Cookies and honestly yeah, I get the hype now. Got the Cookies & Cream, a Reese’s one, and a Lemon Haze. The Cookies & Cream was probably my favorite soft, warm, and actually had a good amount of filling instead of just being a basic cookie with a couple chunks thrown in. The Reese’s one was richhh, like borderline too much in a good way. Definitely a “you better have milk” type cookie. The Lemon Haze surprised me though super soft and had that light citrus flavor that didn’t taste fake or overpowering. Everything was fresh and still warm which makes a huge difference. Not dry, not crumbly just soft all the way through. Only downside? They’re kinda dangerous. You think you’re just having one and suddenly they’re gone. Maggie you baked them great!!
