Visited one night with my two sons and the place was packed. I didnt mind since I was visiting from out of state and always wanted to try Insomnia Cookies. I then noticed only one person was working. Under normal circumstances, I would expect anyone to be completely overwhelmed but the lady behind the counter was so friendly and professional. Customer after customer took their time to review the menu and decide what they wanted yet she remained patient and never seemed annoyed. She handled the whole store by herself seamlessly and with a smile on her face at all times. Thank you so much Estella for showing how a business should operate even under pressure.
