Very fast delicious cookies, and ice cream. They are a perfect spot for a late night snack. There probably will be a line but it's well worth the wait.

We walked down to Insomnia Cookies in June from our hotel near UMMC. Dinkytown is one of our fav places to visit, but we previously missed this hidden gem. We arrived around 11pm and found ourselves quickly surrounded by warm, chewy goodness. Perfect cookies; still dreaming about them. We'll definitely be back
