I always order the açaí and it's very tasty, but this week I experienced an unpleasant situation at the place. My boyfriend and I, as usual, bought the açaí and took it home, when we got home I noticed that the pot could have had less açaí than what was requested, I weighed it on the scale at home and the açaí priced at 500 was only 350, I thought the girl The person who helped me could have made a mistake with the size of the travel container. I saved the açaí and the next day I went back to inspire fit, very politely I questioned the girl about whether she might have made the wrong size of the pot as there was at least 1/3 of the açaí I paid for missing. The bad experience starts now, when the attendant tells me that there was no mistake, that was the jar where they sell the 500 açaí?! On the side, a guy who seems to be a manager, I don't know, responds that it depends on the density of the product in the pot and turns his back and leaves, leaving “the problem” all on the attendant who then asks me: “- ok and what do you Do you want me to do it?” I had no reaction to the TERRIBLE treatment, then I replied to the attendant: I don't know, I'm asking about an açaí that is 500 on the menu and only 350 are delivered, considering I took two and should receive 1000ml of açaí, 300ml is missing so that's ok, you Give me a small 300ml açaí then. “OK” was the attendant’s response. I was extremely upset with the way they handled the situation, there was NO apology, no talk about it not happening again, NOTHING. They acted like I was wrong to question the “rest” of the açaí that was missing from the jar. Anyway, I bought, as shown on the menu, 500ml of açaí, and not a jar that contains açaí and whatever fits in the jar is how much açaí comes in, lol. Even the pot they sold me describes below as being 473ml. So they all come in less than 500ml?! If it was only 27ml that was missing, but 150ml was missing, it was practically the smallest size they sell (300ml) anyway, all wrong, but mistakes happen. The worst thing was the way I was treated, how the person in charge at the place turned his back, how the attendant said, the lack of apologies, in short.
