Let’s dive right in! If you’re a pasta fan, Intero is definitely worth checking out. For starters, we tried their sourdough focaccia with wildflower honey and timballo (smoked wagyu brisket). Every bite was a delicious experience. For our main course, I had the bolognese, which was so delicious and creamy that it melted in my mouth. My wife had the rigatoni, and she thought it was very flavorful and creamy too. To end our meal on a sweet note, we got their brown butter cake! It was the perfect cherry on top to finish everything off! Also, a big thank you to our waitress, Veyda! She was incredibly kind, very helpful, and knew the menu inside out. She made some great suggestions that we absolutely loved. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was so lucky to have Robin as my server. I travel to Austin often and came here based off of a friends recommendation. Everything that I was going to order in my mind, I ended up not ordering and just going with Robin’s recommendations. Thank God I did that because every dish that I ate was absolutely delicious. She’s single-handedly changed my dining experience and made it amazing. Not only is the food made from scratch and sourced from local farms, the ambience is perfect for an intimate dinner. The focaccia with ricotta and the bucatini literally had me scraping my plate. $50 and I had 3 courses, amazing for the quality of food you’re getting. Cannot recommend enough! Intero Restaurant was delicious! It appears to be a one-room restaurant as you walk in but it’s bigger than it looks with a covered patio and second room. The food and drinks are great! Risotto is my go to, always and the rich flavors here exceeded expectations. The desserts are also wonderful. I loved the panna cotta. Thanks Intero!!!
