Ippei is pretty near Susukino. You will enjoy its food, especially tasty fish. The high ratings of this restaurant wouldn't be possible without the gracious staff. Visitors say that the nice. The Ippei atmosphere can seem spectacular to some clients. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

人種歧視、人種差別、racist 人種差別だと感じました。 私は日本に10年以上住んでいますが、 「外国人は受け入れません」と言われたのは初めてです。 しかも、席に案内され、着席した後に 「外国人はダメです」と告げられました。 同行していた友人は日本人でしたが、それでも断られました。 悪意や排除の意思を感じざるを得ません。 I felt this was racial discrimination. I have lived in Japan for over 10 years, and this was the first time I was told, “We do not accept foreigners.” What made it worse was that I was already guided to my seat, and only after sitting down, I was told that foreigners were not allowed. Because we are Chinese, we were told to "Get out." It seems that this store only offers "exclusive service for selected customers," and apparently, people like us who are "not selected" are not qualified to eat oden. The owner's "customer screening skills" are truly remarkable—I was even moved by it. Other foreign tourists, please do come and experience this "special service." However, Chinese visitors, be especially prepared. Although I will never set foot in this store again, I have written this review to spread the word about this "unique service." Please be careful! 因为我们是中国人，就被说了“Get out”。看来这家店只提供“精选顾客专属”服务，像我们这样的“非精选人士”显然没有资格吃关东煮呢。老板的“顾客筛选技能”真是令人叹为观止，甚至让我有些感动。其他外国游客也请务必来体验一下这种“特别的服务”。不过，中国人尤其要做好心理准备哦。虽然我不会再踏进这家店了，但为了宣传这种“独特的服务”，我特意写了这篇评论。请各位小心！

We went at the time it opened and kindly asked to be seated. The owner told me that they are not open. I had to ask when they will open until he told me “only Japanese.” I was very confused and originally thought he meant race, but then realizing that he meant the language. I understand if there is any effort made, any explanations given, or the slightest sentiment of apologies. Unfortunately, the owner seemed to be very content to reject us.
