It is so-called Hakata ramen, thin noodle style and I think the Ippudo is the largest chain of Hakata ramen shops. The store is fashionable, so it is easy for women to enter. My recommendation is Shiramaru Classic (白丸元味), and it would be good to have an extra serving of noodles “Kaedama” depending on how hungry you are that day. Start with normal hardness of the noodles.
