I rarely write reviews, but this place honestly deserves one. My first visit to Irfan Pakistani Restaurant was good, which is why I returned expecting the same quality — unfortunately, every visit after that kept getting worse. Long waiting times, wrong orders, and zero communication from staff about unavailable items became normal. The food quality dropped badly; the karahi was overloaded with oil to the point it felt like eating grease rather than curry. The third visit was shocking. Tables were left full of leftover food and not cleaned even after new guests arrived, no staff acknowledged or attended me, and I had to walk to the counter myself just to place an order. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I was served cold, non-fresh Roghni naan and a tasteless, overly oily mutton karahi with barely any meat visible. Halfway through the meal my stomach got upset and my appetite was completely ruined. What makes it worse is that the restaurant heavily markets itself through attractive videos and photos online, but the reality is not even 0.1% close to what they advertise. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional, unhygienic, and unfriendly, showing no concern for customer experience or basic hospitality standards. What once seemed like a promising restaurant has turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely not a place to visit if you expect cleanliness, proper service, or good food.
