Dangerous food quality and unacceptable customer service**. I had an incredibly disappointing and concerning experience at this establishment today. I ordered the meatballs for lunch, and it was immediately clear that they had gone bad. They tasted completely off—likely due to being held too long (the kitchen seemed to have them sitting for 40 hours) or improperly reheated. It was very obvious the food was unsafe to eat. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they initially refused to refund me, stating that "it doesn't work like that." I had to explain that when a restaurant serves spoiled food, a refund is absolutely required. I eventually had to inform them that if they refused to rectify the situation, I would have no choice but to report them to the ASL (the local health authority) for a formal inspection. Only after explaining that the authorities would be involved did they finally agree to refund the meal I couldn't eat. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Serving spoiled food is a serious health risk, and the lack of accountability from the staff is unacceptable. I will not be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20
