Isamu is a restaurant tucked away in the residential area of Tsukuda, creating an almost hidden gem vibe that is known to a select few. Although it's not extensively featured in popular restaurant directories, it does maintain a minimal profile on Google. This low-key establishment is about a five-minute walk from Tsukishima Station, making it easily accessible for those familiar with the area. It offers a cozy and casual atmosphere, ideal for groups looking to enjoy a quiet dinner.
The restaurant operates under limited hours from 5 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. While there are no options for delivery, Isamu focuses on providing a rewarding dine-in experience with its diverse offerings, including small plates and an array of alcoholic beverages. However, potential diners should note the lack of wheelchair accessibility and consider making reservations for their visit.
Visitors have remarked on the warm, intimate setting, mainly featuring counter seating, which offers great comfort for solo diners. The place seems well-suited for those who relish unwinding over good food and drinks in a relaxed setting. With local fame affirmed by a past television feature, Isamu seems to be holding its charm and quietly serving its community, albeit with sparse updates from its management.

Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
