Isat Burger is a really good experience overall. The burger was tasty and satisfying, and it felt like a well-put-together meal. The spiced fries—they’re definitely interesting and a nice twist if you like a little flavor in your sides. One of my favorite parts was the sauce selections. There are great options, and they pair well with the food. However, I think they need improve their service quality. Also, I would enjoy it if they asked customers first—like whether we’d like ketchup included in our loaded fries or not, instead of assuming. Still, the food is worth checking out, and with a little improvement on service, it would be even better. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ETB 1,400–1,600

I really wanted to like this place, but there are too many issues to recommend it: • Food & Menu: Very limited menu (only beef burgers) and the food is just basic. • Price:Way too high for the quality and size of the food. • Service: Unacceptable. The waitress was wearing earphones and on her phone while working. We had to wave at her repeatedly just to get her to acknowledge us. • Billing: She handed us a bill with the wrong math on it. Overall, a highly overpriced place with terrible service. Honestly, we really enjoyed our time at Isat Burger. Everything was on point: the meat, the sauce, the bun… you can tell they put effort into every bite.
