I first stumbled upon these cakes while browsing on Instagram. I was greeted by these amazing and mouth watering pictures of the cakes, so I decided to give it a try. I went straight to the site and ordered three different cakes. I ordered the Coconut Rum and Aged Rum cake for myself. I also ordered the Pure White Cognac Cake for the fiance. The cakes arrived super fast, I'm in TX and cake came from NJ. I loved the packaging, design of the box, and smell of the cakes. I couldn't wait to inhale the cakes right there and then, but I was told to Pace myself. I enjoyed all the flavors, particularly the Aged Rum. I am a coconut rum girl but I was pleasantly surprised with the Aged Rum. I proceeded to make my second order and will continue to order until I'm cut off. Thank you so much Island Love for making these cakes available and accessible without having to go to the islands every month.
