Eleven is one of the good cafes in Ekbatan. the staff are lovely. the music is also good. the outside area is smoke-free and there is an inside serving area which you can prefer in cold weather (outside area also has heaters in cold weather and fans in summers). its a cozy and kinda quiet place to meet up with friends and dates!
